How will the department correct a company address that is erroneously entered by the department into RAMIS system? Pre-RAMIS system had the correct address. Due to this error I'm not receiving tax returns, pay slips and intimation etc.

Contact tax payer service unit regarding this issue. They will make arrangement to correct this error.

Thanks. But according to Tax Payer's Services Unit, the Client is required to submit Change of Address form, Form 13, Certficate of incorporation, TIN etc.Why should a client submit these when the error is caused by the RAMIS data entry Team? Mistakes happen during system transition; accepted but there should be a way for checks and balances

May be the officer had not properly understood the issue. Just try to talk to them again. Or context the assessor in charge of your file.
