Are we need to pay VAT on used vehicle sale?

We have recently disposed of some of our company vehicles (vans). Our company is into sale of food items and these vehicles were used in the distribution of our products. Are we required to pay VAT on the selling price of these vehicles?

I also had the same question. When I ask an advice from IRD they told me that, if the vehicles are purchased after 23.10.2014, we need not to pay VAT and if the purchase has been done prior to that date VAT need to be paid.
