Do I need to register for income tax?

I am an employee and previously I was subject to PAYE but now PAYE is not deducted by my employer. Do I need to register for income tax?

The basic tax calculation is consist following amounts. if your income exceed the following you have to pay the income tax. Therefore need to register.under Income tax

Tax Free allowance                                  3,000,000

Other Relief (Conditions to prove)           1,200,000

Such Conditions are: 

Medical Expenses 

Expenses on Medical insurance premium

Educational Expenses

Interest paid on Housing Loan

Contribution on approved pension fund, etc
