How do I check import VAT exempt and VAT 0 goods list?

I want to know that, how do I check import VAT exempted and zero item list?

Is it possible to check it with HS code?

VAT exempted list has been published by the Inland Revenue website when changes took place. And also you have to refer Letters "a to k" of the Part II of VAT act No 14 of 2002 With the amendments
