Manufacturers can claim NBT similar to input VAT. So B can claim A's NBT paid.

Then If B sell to C with 2% NBT,  C incurred 4% NBT. Is it correct?

If you are a manufacturer you can claim NBT paid only for the manufacturing related items (input). But there's a maximum limit for total NBT input tax credit as bellow.

Your allowable NBT input tax credit (calculated as bellow) can claim upto the NBT Payable (on Manufacturing) amount, if any excess, it brought forwarded to next period)

Allowable Input NBT Credit =( liable manufacturer turnover /Total Manufacturing turnover) x Total NBT Tax Credit.

no.As you are a retails or Whole Saller , You will notentitled to add NBT 2% for your selling price.
Bez of that NBT 2% is purely your expense can t be cliamed from your customer and above will not Happen.
