Can we charge NBT ON SVAT Invoices ?

Can we charge NBT on SVAT invoice ?  can some one give a written document( ACT or Guidelines form IRD)
What are the impacts on VAT Return. ?

As I see VAT has nothing to do with NBT. Even if you go under SVAT you need to pay NBT which can be charged on to the customer if you decide to do so.
